Lets say it is saturday at 10:30 AM and I need to park for about 3 hours. Can I park? How much will it cost? Toronto city is full of those logical quezs. I notice that people preffer to park in a parking lot and pay $20 than to try understanding WTF those signs means. It leave lots of free parking for those who are for the chalange. It is an occoured segrigation favoring sofisticated people
